In Pump UP mode, the pump starts at Low Level & Stops at High Level. Pump UP mode is used to fill the tank. In Pump DOWN mode, the pump starts at High Level & Stops at Low Level. Capacitance Level Transmitter can be used for conductive as well as non conductive liquids. It is offered with PTFE sleeve for better insulation & to withstand high temperature in conductive tanks the insulated probe acts as one electrode & the tank wall as another electrode, any change in liquid level the dielectric value will change thereby changing the capacitance value proportional to the liquid level. In the case of nonconductive tanks, a reference probe is provided as a ground electrode.
